Laveta Lampkin

Laveta Lampkin was born in Chicago, Illinois on March 18. She received an Associate of Science degree from South Suburban College in South Holland, Illinois. She received a Bachelor Degree in English Education from The University of Kentucky, in Lexington, Kentucky. She received a Master Degree in Administration and Supervision from Middle Tennessee State University in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. She also attended Oakwood University in Huntsville, Alabama. She is a three time children’s author. She is married to Pastor Alexander Lampkin and together they have three children – Brenton, Branden, and Braidan. Her hobbies are swimming, crocheting and writing short stories. Her personal motto is- “What you can say or do can make a difference in someone’s life.” Her favor Bible Text is, Psalms 95:1 Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord, let us shout aloud to the rock of our salvation.
